Monitoring and Evaluation

We support companies in project planning and in their strategy for developing the project monitoring standard. Through desk research we assess field monitoring protocols to measure the progress and impact of environmental projects such as forest and landscape restoration, climate change adaptation, sustainable development projects.

We collaborate with all project stakeholders to develop a framework for socio-economic indicators related to environmental projects.
We maintain liaison during projects with partner organisations and working groups to keep abreast of the latest protocols, tools and developments in the field of monitoring and evaluation.

We conduct research and make recommendations on technologies that can make field monitoring and evaluation more effective and efficient. We write summaries and develop communication materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
