Climate Change
We provide advice and support to various companies and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) working in climate change, greenhouse gas measurement, or companies that want to reduce their carbon footprint particularly on issues related to Nature-based solutions (NBS) including agriculture, forestry and other land uses. We develop analyses on the role of forests and other nature-based solutions in climate change.
Food security in the tropics, and particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, is being exacerbated by climate change. We develop and propose adaptation strategies in tropical zones in the fields of agriculture, forestry and environmental health.
We work on international climate finance, carbon markets and REDD+ including reducing deforestation and forest degradation. We work on international climate finance, carbon markets and REDD+, including reducing deforestation and forest degradation; supporting companies in REDD+ activities in the context of the UNFCCC; defining direct and indirect drivers; supporting them in implementing REDD+ policies and measures; REDD+ action plans and securing REDD+ funding for their country.
We carry out the daily management of clients' projects. Based on the research and data collected, we write well-structured reports to meet the project objectives.
